Three steps. No specialist equipment.

DigiRehab fits into the visits your care workers already make. A tablet, a screening, a programme, and a clear picture of what changed.

1

Screen

Care staff assess physical capacity and care need with objective, validated tests on the tablet. The result is a personalised programme and a baseline to measure against.

2

Exercise

Twelve weeks, two sessions of around twenty minutes a week, at home and within the normal visit. The care worker guides the session from the tablet; the programme adjusts itself every four weeks. A physiotherapist oversees the whole caseload remotely.

3

Analyse

Progress is visible in real time for every person and for the organisation as a whole: strength, balance, completion, and the change in care need. Impact measurement is built in, not bolted on.

Screening on the tablet during a home visit

For decision-makers

  • Fewer care hours per client as independence returns, measured per person
  • Outcomes you can evidence to CQC, commissioners and families
  • A new line of work next to hourly care, with a beginning, an end and a result
  • Lower physical strain on staff; no specialist equipment or major IT investment

For clinicians and care staff

  • Evidence-based programmes designed by physiotherapists
  • Objective measures instead of impressions; every session recorded
  • Fits reablement workflows and the six-week pathway, and continues beyond it
  • Goals that mean something to the person: the stairs, the shops, the garden
